Employed Workers

Employed workers earn income and many of them enjoy access to employee benefits. Transamerica Institute and Transamerica Center for Retirement Studies conduct extensive surveys and research on the demographic influences of gender, race and ethnicity, level of educational attainment, age range, and generation, and household income on workers’ health and well-being, access to employer-sponsored benefits, personal finances, and retirement security.
