The New Social Contract: Young Adults Reinventing Life, Work, and Retirement examines the retirement-related attitudes and behaviors of workers around the world who are in their 20s, a cohort straddling the Millennial and Generation Z generations.
The research report is based on a global survey spanning 15 countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia. The survey was conducted during January and February 2020 at the onset of the pandemic.
The project is a collaboration among nonprofit Transamerica Center for Retirement Studies, Aegon, and Instituto de Longevidade MAG.
