Multigenerational Workforce

An individual’s working life can span 60 or more years. At any given time, there will be four to five generations in the workforce, which bring a diversity of skills, expertise, perspectives, and life experience. Transamerica Institute and Transamerica Center for Retirement Studies have conducted extensive research on the multigenerational workforce including Generation Z, Millennials, Generation X, and Baby Boomers.

The research identifies emerging trends among workers, and it examines the implications of the multigenerational workforce for both workers and employers.
